Cultural Atlas Projecct - Clockshop (2022-2025)
These images were created over the course of three years, in collaboration with Clockshop for Take Me to Your River: A Cultural Atlas of the LA River, a project that explores the people, landscapes, and lived histories of Northeast LA. Made in and around the Glendale Narrows, through neighborhoods including Elysian Valley, Atwater Village, Cypress Park, and Glassell Park, the portraits and landscapes document a community in the midst of profound change while honoring the voices and places that give it shape. As a visual contribution to Clockshop’s broad project, the work offers a record of belonging, memory, and transformation, helping preserve the layered character of the river and the neighborhoods that surround it.
