Betty Reid Soskin photographed for AARP Magazine. From a file clerk in WWII to a record store owner in Berkley and a prominent community activist, Betty, now 99 has lived quite a life and if that wasn’t enough she is currently the oldest National Park Ranger serving in the United States, leading tours and lectures at the Rosie The Riveter WWII National Park in Richmond, Ca. Also, she might be the kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
